Monitor & Evaluate Insurance Contracts
- Develop time lines and manage the health insurance renewal process, including negotiating the renewal rates with current carrier to ensure the most competitive rates
- Provide group benefit plans using from alternative carriers as required:
- Anthem BC BS
- Rocky Mountain Health Plans
- United Health Care
- CIGNA
- PacifiCare
- Self Insured Options Third Party Administration (TPA)
Provide Dedicated Claims Service & Analysis
- Dedicated staff for solving & scrutinizing claims issues for accuracy
- Employees assistance with claims, membership issues or individual enrollments
Analyze Utilization Statistics
- Evaluate claims experience on a quarterly basis for groups over 50
- Provide a semi-annual comprehensive analysis report for groups over 50
Group Term Life & Long Term Disability Programs
- Current Group Plan Analysis and Comparison
- Strong insurance carrier relationships, i.e. Mutual of Omaha, Hartford, UNUM, Standard and other competitive carriers nationwide.
Dental & Vision Plans
- Determine and recommend the most effective Dental and Vision plans for each group
Support Human Resource Managers
- Petition special exceptions from the group carrier for unique or problematic issues
- Assist in coordinating COBRA and Workmen’s Comp matters
- Inform and educate in regards to Employee Benefits and program administration
- Provide monthly Overage Dependent status reports
Local Office
- Personal and immediate response for managers and employees
- Available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Extensive working relationships with hospitals, area providers and local pharmacies
- Knowledgeable, friendly and caring staff
